Why Listen to Me?

I’m Lisa, and I’ve produced over 1,500 podcast episodes in the last 15 years. I’ve worked with everyone from former White House Counsel John Dean to Chrissy Teigen to crime novelist James Ellroy – from interviews to scripted shows and everything in between.

I’ve also created three chart topping podcasts of my own: Project Woo Woo, Lisa Upside Down, and Honestly Lisa. And let me tell you – I have learned A LOT the hard way. Here’s what I’ve discovered: the podcasts that succeed aren’t the ones with the fanciest equipment or the most elaborate plans. They’re the ones where the host sounds like themselves and actually enjoys the process.

I’ve been the Managing Producer for top political podcasts, helped A-list celebrities find their authentic voice, and coached dozens of first-time podcasters through that scary moment of hitting “record” for the first time.

But honestly? Some of my favorite projects are with people who aren’t household names yet – smart, passionate folks who have something real to say but are getting stuck in their own heads about how to say it. Big budgets don’t make great podcasts. Authentic voices do.

I don’t just teach podcasting theory – I live it every day, mistakes and all. From A-listers to first-timers, I know exactly how to help you avoid the pitfalls I’ve stumbled through and create something that feels authentically you.

Understand Your Vision: What kind of podcast do you want to create? What’s your topic and why does it matter to you?

Assess Your Needs: Are you a complete beginner or do you have some experience? What’s your biggest challenge or fear?

See If We’re a Fit: Do our working styles match? Are you ready to commit to the process?

Next Steps: If we’re a good match, I’ll send you a customized contract and we’ll schedule your three sessions.
